Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of vitaflow, developed and operated by Elif Dodanlı, based in Türkiye. By creating an account or using vitaflow, you agree to these terms.

1. What vitaflow is

vitaflow is a personal task-planning app designed to help you organize your day using information such as your reported energy and current state. vitaflow is a planning and productivity tool, not a medical, psychological, therapeutic, or other professional service. See “Not medical advice” below.

2. Your account

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your login credentials secure.
• You are responsible for activity that takes place through your account.
• You must meet the minimum age required to independently use online services in your country.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use vitaflow for unlawful purposes or in a way that violates another person's rights
• Attempt to access another user's account, content, or data without authorization
• Interfere with, disrupt, damage, or attempt to bypass the security or normal operation of vitaflow
• Reverse-engineer or attempt to extract the source code of vitaflow, except where such restrictions are prohibited by applicable law
• Scrape or systematically extract data from vitaflow without authorization
• Use automated systems to create accounts or access the service except through functionality expressly provided by vitaflow

4. Content you provide

You retain ownership of the tasks, notes, reflections, and other content you enter into vitaflow. By providing content to vitaflow, you give vitaflow permission to store, process, and display that content as necessary to provide the app's features to you.

Your content is not sold. How personal information is collected, stored, and used is described in the Privacy Policy.

5. Calendar connections

Connecting a calendar is optional. vitaflow supports two independent, optional connections, which you can enable from Settings: Google Calendar (via your Google account) and Apple Calendar (your device's built-in Calendar app, covering every calendar already set up there — iCloud, a school or work calendar, or anything else you've added). If you connect Google Calendar, your use of Google services may also be subject to Google's own terms and policies.

For either connection, depending on the sync mode you choose in Settings, vitaflow may either:

• Read relevant calendar events so they can appear alongside your vitaflow tasks; or
• Read calendar events and create, update, or delete calendar events associated with tasks created through vitaflow.

vitaflow does not modify or delete unrelated events you created directly in Google Calendar or Apple Calendar. See the Privacy Policy for more information about how calendar data is accessed and used, and how voice and camera input in Brain Dump are processed.

6. Not medical advice

vitaflow's energy check-ins, planning suggestions, gentle reset suggestions, and reflections are intended to support everyday planning and self-awareness. They are not medical, psychological, therapeutic, diagnostic, or other professional advice.

vitaflow is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical or mental health condition and is not a substitute for care from a qualified professional. If you have concerns about your physical or mental health, seek appropriate professional advice.

7. Availability and changes to the service

vitaflow may change over time. Features may be added, modified, removed, or temporarily unavailable. Reasonable efforts are made to keep vitaflow available and functioning properly, but continuous or uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed.

8. Account termination

You can stop using vitaflow and delete your account at any time from Settings.

Access to an account may be suspended or terminated if these terms are materially violated, if the account is used unlawfully, or if continued access reasonably presents a security or operational risk to vitaflow or other users.

9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

vitaflow is provided “as is” and “as available.” While reasonable efforts are made to keep the app reliable, vitaflow is not guaranteed to be uninterrupted, error-free, or perfectly accurate.

Planning, scheduling, energy, and other suggestions provided by vitaflow are suggestions only. Their accuracy, suitability, or effectiveness is not guaranteed.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the operator of vitaflow is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from your use of, or inability to use, the app.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any rights, protections, or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.

10. Third-party services

vitaflow relies on third-party services, including services provided by Google, Apple, and Firebase. Those services may be subject to their own terms, privacy policies, and availability.

vitaflow is not responsible for interruptions or changes caused by third-party services outside its reasonable control.

11. Changes to these terms

These Terms of Service may be updated as vitaflow changes or as legal or operational requirements evolve.

If a material change affects your rights or obligations, notice may be provided through the app or another appropriate method before the change takes effect. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the current version of these terms.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Türkiye, subject to any mandatory consumer protection rights that may apply under applicable law.
